Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIME

Unless otherwise specified, orders will typically be processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding local public holidays). Orders are typically processed out of Hong Kong; however, we occasionally rely on our distribution partners in other parts of the world for fulfillment. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We are currently shipping to United States, Canada, United Kingdom, major European countries, Singapore, and Australia. Where available, we offer two shipping options: 1) Standard, tracked shipping via Hong Kong Post (7-14 business days), and 2) Express, tracked shipping via FedEx International Priority (3-4 business days). Shipping costs will be charged based on destination and package weight/dimensions. Shipping times are best estimates, and may potentially be delayed due to cargo capacity limitations beyond our control. Please note that the buyer is solely responsible for paying any potential import duties & taxes.

LOCAL ORDERS

We offer standard, tracked shipping via Hong Kong Post (2-3 business days). Shipping costs will be charged based on package weight.
