Refund policy
OVERVIEW
In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 3 calendar days after receiving your item (based on package delivery date) to request a return as long as your item is unopened and in the same condition that you received it.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@pokewayne.com. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be responsible for return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Note that sealed items are manufactured with the intent to be opened and may have minor cosmetic packaging imperfections that do not affect the product contents inside.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded for the goods originally purchased (excluding original shipping charges) on your original payment method. Taxes & duties paid for separately by the buyer are out of scope. A 5% restocking fee may also be assessed, determined on a case by case basis. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
